5 Week Fitness Plan

23:18:00

Hello Everyone!

Surely by now, if you're a regular reader you (if you're new then hello and welcome!), you will know that August 6th I shall be taking part in the 5K Adrenaline Rush so I have been working on improving my fitness immensely as I have never taken part in a 5K race no matter an obstacle race. It will be a challenge for me in many ways, including my fitness levels and with my asthma. I began doing fitness updates just before I went away and they will be continuing but for now I thought it would be a good idea for me to get my head down for once and actually make myself a routine. A fitness routine to stick to.

fitness, organisation, planning, plan, list, schedule, workout, health, hobby, running, adrenaline, obstacle course, gym

I officially have exactly 5 weeks before this race so I am going to really need to work hard to improve and maintain my fitness. I need to push myself to achieve what I've been wanting to achieve all year. Here is my plan:

plan, workout, fitness, regime, routine, organisation, planning, gym, cardio, yoga, running, cycling

It is quite basic but it will really help me keep up with what I am doing. I find it really difficult to schedule things as my work schedule is annoying - I only find out my days the Saturday before the next week. I roughly know my next week at work though so I have based my workouts around that and then the week after I shall be doing a lot of rehearsal and then it's show night for The Miser at Lowther Gardens! Get your tickets! After that I have absolutely nothing planned until the event.

As I said it is basic and I may change it up if I decide to go swimming or for a bike ride but in general this is what I shall be doing during the weeks leading up to the Adrenaline Rush. Regarding work, I may need to change round the days I go to the gym but other than that, I hope everything goes to plan!

Look out for my fitness updates to see how I'm going on!

That's all for now!
See you again!
- KC xx
